   THIS PLACE IS CLOSED! FOR GOOD! Booked a reservation on OpenTable, received a confirmation, reminders and all. Only to show up for a party of 4 to a padlocked restaurant. Grrrrrrughh!! Not sure why they are still on OpenTable accepting reservations if they are CLOSED!

   They were not even open if you’re not gonna be open, you should not be on OpenTable

   They were closed with staff cleaning up inside . They did not inform people who had reservations that they were going to be closed . And the staff inside did not care to come to the door to explain why they were closed . One employee walked all the way to the door not to open it and apologize but to make sure the door was locked . Really rude .

   So o is not what it used to be to be. Drinks weren’t good. Food was ok.

   There was no staff. The manager was trying yo be as accommodating as possible. However they must be under new management because going there 2-4 years ago the food and service was amazing. Now the food is subpar and salty.

   Food wasn’t great - fish was dry and overcooked - I was told since they replaced my fish I could not get the staff to sing happy birthday to me or bring me a piece of cake. Unreal.

   The service (minus our waiter who tried his best to appease us but due to the incompetence of management and ownership could not be saved) was horrible, the owner (who was there working an empty bar spent more time trying to rizz up a woman who wasn’t even ordering anything) completely ignored my party of seven, wouldn’t even accommodate or approach us to apologize or address the issues at hand as a man, but instead stood at the bar which was less than 100 feet away and sent his staff over multiple times. This used to be my go to spot but i will be going elsewhere going forward, the food was mid and the Mac n cheese, which was once a staple completely fell off. Not to mention the owner is Kenya moore’s ex husband

    This is my first time experiencing Soco and the food was amazing. I had the red velvet waffle and chicken. My waiter was super nice and attentive. I'll be back.
