   We had a great meal and great service, even on a CRAZY busy night! Michael, our server, was wonderful despite how busy he was. Great experience!

   From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a contagious energy and charm that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Despite being incredibly busy, we were promptly seated and immediately felt right at home. It was refreshing to know we could enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. Our server was a standout—friendly, knowledgeable, and always checking in to make sure everything was just right. I can’t recall a single instance where he passed us by without stopping to offer assistance or ensuring our meals met our expectations. His attentiveness added a personal touch that truly enhanced our experience. Even the general and front-end manager joined in on the fun, sharing laughs and engaging with guests, which only added to the vibrant atmosphere. As for the food, it was a solid 8 out of 10—cooked well, good flavor. The drinks complemented our meals nicely, rounding out the experience nicely. Overall, we had a great time. I recommend giving this place a try!

   Always a winner in the Cherry Creek district and using Open Table to secure a reservation is a snap. Food is always delicious and cocktails are unique.

   We went for a date night and it was about 2 hours total which was fine because we didn’t have anywhere to be. Food was spaced well and we didn’t feel rushed. We sat towards the back and it was still very loud and difficult to hear the server at times. Everything was good, spicy margarita a bit too much for my taste. I would go back for that wild fish alone, it was phenomenal. With an app, desert, 2 entrees and 2 margaritas it was about $150, totally reasonable.

   Service was wonderful, happy hour drinks were literally just ice and 1 sip of a drink. Realized we were better off paying for the Jumbo after a few rounds of happy hour.

    Little confusion when we ordered. The server said they were out of both of the chile rellenos ? It was only 7:00 W e thought she would have informed us when she took the drink orders? 3 of the six we’re disappointed and it took a few minutes for them to find something else. When she came back, she informed us that they now had the chili Rellenos ? Great. When the food came, they brought the wrong.Rellenos? Our party recognized it and said they didn’t wanna hassle with sending it back. During all this, the waitress dropped a glass right at my feet and it shattered everywhere. She was apologetic. When the bill came it overcharged on a couple of the dishes because they put in the wrong order. I was surprised that the fish burritos were served with catfish which I thought was a little strange. So I opted for the shrimp. Only three shrimp inside the burrito? It was average at best . I’ve had better experiences at Sol.
