   Frustrated with arrival. Had a reservation for 6:45p and didn’t get sat until close to 7:30p. Unorganized and somewhat rude. Once we got sat it took a long time to get service.

   I was traveling back to Denver to see family, and I love this restaurant. I had everyone meet me for dinner at Sol. We had a great time, and now I have local family members who will be coming back.

   It was a delicious and authentic lunch filled with yummy flavors from the fresh guacamole, grilled octopus and shrimp ceviche that were all terrific. The hand-crafted cocktails were also a nice added feature to compliment the meal.

   Drinks, apps and dinner were delicious. The goat cheese enchiladas were amazing and the tortilla soup was probably the best I’ve ever had. The cucumber jalapeño marg and the Serrano marg were so good! Perfect amount of spicy.

   Wanted to love but waited 15 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, 25 more minutes for drinks and almost an hour for appetizers.

   We there for brunch and both our orders were delivered incorrect. I had to send mine back because the eggs were over easy instead of scrambled which I ordered. Also my Open Table reservation, which I had a confirmation email, was not found.

    We started off with good service and really liked the chips and dip and guacamole. We ordered street tacos, quesadillas, and a burrito. We found all the dishes to be sub-par. For example the quesadillas had barely any filling. It was eating 2 flour tortillas. I would say to go there for a drink but skip dinner.
