   It's a charming spot. The food was terrific, the service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the ambiance was pleasant. Had their tropical ceviche - AMAZING. Fresh, spicy, sweet, and salty all in one. The beet and sweet potato chips served with the ceviche were brilliant. The rest of my family tried the short ribs, enchiladas, tacos, and caramel ganache dessert - all loved it. Some reviews mentioned slow service - we went on a Monday night, and the service was excellent. I had zero issues - the staff was delightful. I highly recommend it for an affordable, lovely evening out!

   The food was really good and our server was friendly. Everything did take longer than usual especially our drinks from the bar. We’ll definitely be back but maybe not at 7:00 on the Friday night after Christmas. Ha-Ha

   Sorta disappointing TBH. They were out of beans and steak …😂🙄 I felt like the waiter was rushing everyone to finish so he could leave. Food was average at best. Way too loud as well. Won’t be back. Not worth the price.

   Family of seven, Christmas inner. There isn't anything notable about SOL Mexican Cocina. The most notable is that they ran out of beans!! How can a Mexican restaurant run out of beans? This is not a bad review, but it is a "C" and there are better places.

   Always great food and great service here! I enjoyed the chicken taco soup along with a shrimp burrito. That was very tasty.

   Their service was very slow. Not much care taken to come and take the orders. It took the waitress 20 mins after we were seated to come and take our drinks order . The drinks themselves took 10 mins to come . Apps order was delayed and so were the entrees . We won’t come back here .

   While our waitress worked hard to service us well seemed the kitchen had issues. It was a full 45 min after we sat before we even had chips …that said because our waitress was so great and open to talking with us - we left feeling pretty good.

   I’ve eaten here a dozen times and I love all the excellent food. Has a fun vibe and reasonably priced for Cherry Creek.

    The food was outstanding and the service was amazing! Although the food took a bit long because it was very busy and also it was super loud the entire time even though we stayed past the rush. Still great food and we will be back.
