    We were luckily seated only thirty minutes after our reservation (most people waited 60+ with a reservation) but took over an hour for food to come out. Once it came out, it was cold and just ok. The server and hostess were kind but over their heads on Christmas Day. Would not recommend.

    We had to wait 30 minutes even though we had a reservation and then sat us at the high table next to the bar…it was very noisy at the bar! They were out of the appetizer we wanted and 3 of their main dishes. We waited too long for our food.

    Arguably the worst restaurant experience we ever had (that is not an exaggeration). Reservation was for 5:00. We arrived at 4:50. Seated at 5:45 after having to get the manager who had just sat a party with a 5:15 reservation. Our part of 5 was crammed into a table for 4. Once we ordered around 6:00, the food arrived cold 60 minutes later. It was wild. The Manager was apologetic but kept blaming the kitchen. Would definitely not recommend!!

    Only restaurant open on Christmas Day around here so it was very busy very hectic very long waits Almost not fair to judge Ended up taking the food home ; soggy mess

    Had to wait a half hour to be seated after our reservation time. We were a party of 7 and were sat in the bar with raised seats instead of a normal table. They ran out of chicken tenders on the kids menu along with running out lemonade! Took 45 minutes to receive our food.

    I had a reservation for 3pm but wasn't seated until 3:45pm. The service was slow, and we didn’t get our food until 5pm. It was Christmas, and they overbooked. The staff did their best, but after waiting for 2 hours, everyone was really frustrated. When the food finally arrived, three of the orders were wrong, but we chose to leave it as is since we just wanted to eat and leave.

    Food was amazing, and our waitress, Sarah, was beyond efficient, the restaurant was completely full, but she was still super fast, friendly, and just all around amazing!

    This restaurant has gone down hill from what it once was. The front desk hostesses were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Especially disappointed considering it was Christmas Eve with family. Our server was nice and helpful but didn’t see her often. The food was good but not great. We used to love the food and ambience but I don’t think we’ll be going back again, unfortunately.

    Very disappointing. Multiple menu items not available at a 6:30p seating including carnitas and shrimp which appear all over the card. Inconsistent service and a $300 bill for six when one did not have an entree. This was my 5th or 6th visit and my worst experience by far. Unfortunately- cannot recommend any longer.
