   We were very disappointed by our experience. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful (especially the outdoor seating), but the servers seem inexperienced. Our server was very nice, but not experienced. The food was just okay, but not worth the money. The dessert was terrible. The gluten free pizza was very good. We won’t be dining there again. For such a beautiful, upscale hotel we were expecting a better dining experience.

   We had the best time at dinner! Typically, we sit inside; however, we sat outside and it was even better. It tends to get noisy inside. The seasonal squash appetizer was incredible! It was full of flavor. I had the bolognese and it was exactly what I wanted. It was a simple dish with loads of flavor. My husband has the branzino and it also had great flavor. Tim made some fantastic recommendations.

   Food was great and very fresh ingredient but what is a stood out is actually a service, Tom was very attentive and very kind to us. The food took quite sometime to get to the table but Tom keep reassuring our table and did not leave us wondering at all. Thumbs up for attention to details and hospitality service

   For a primary hotel restaurant service was slower and less attentive than expected. Food portions were plentiful and the taste was spot on. Overall I would try them again if staying at the Conrad.

   Our server, Tim, was great. Very knowledgeable on the cuisine and drinksand his recommendations were great. The pizzas are excellent. My kids each ate their own. That's not to say the pizzas are small: they are that good. The octopus pasta was great, my wife loved the bolognese, and the deserts were a fun take on some traditional favorites. Overall, delicious food, a motivated staff, and nice views overlooking the Evermore Lagoon. If in Orland, I'd give it a try if looking for an upscale Italian experience.

   Tim, our server, was great. Very knowledgeable on the cuisine, wine, and overall a great server. Food was great and the options were varied enough for kids through adults.

   Food was amazing but customer service in the restaurant by the servers and hostess was just absolutely amazing will be coming back. Please come and try Sophia’s you will not be disappointed

    Sophia’s is probably one of the best restaurants in Orlando. It is truly an outstanding restaurant. Sophia our waitress was over and above exceptional. She has a passion that only a person who appreciates food and exquisite palates understands the exceptional quality of the food and wine the restaurant offers. It beats Eddie V’s, Season 52 etc. This is a restaurant is way above the standard steak house menu. Give it a shot. You will not be disappointed.
