   Location was nice, ambiance was great.. view is unreal.. food was ok we had the brunch menu would of prefer if we had the option of the lunch menu but maybe is a sunday thing and with a half 1 booking maybe i should of done more research on it.. drinks service was good, staff was friendly and helpful.. brunch menu wasnt really our thing for our event but thats a personal thing i am sure others would like the food.. had 2 children with us and they enjoyed the kids menu.. soup of the day was potato and leek and the kids loved it. For dessert i had the caramel doughnuts and this was a highlight for me was a very nice dessert.

   The staff in the Dean were brilliant they served us with great communion skills and a smile on there face . My friend and I did anything. we asked the staff, and they helped out so much . I will 100% we call back to the Dean again in the near future.

   Amazing decor and view of the city. Lovely staff and tasty food. Wine delicious also. I was a little disappointed that it was still a brunch menu at 2.15 on a Saturday as had been looking forward to a better selection of food based on the online lunch menu. However the food we had was lovely and the dessert was fab too. So handy if you arrive into Cork on the train as it's literally outside the door of the station. Looking forward to my next visit

   Pizza & chips are the only things I would be ordering here. Anytime I’ve been & ordered other mains, they have been disappointing & lukewarm in temp. Service can be slow also & staff are in no hurry to clear mains & offer dessert. Once you have your mains you are pretty much forgotten about.

   Overall experience lovely with great cocktails and staff. However I think the food menu has changed recently since the last time I visited. The starters of chickens wings were great with a really good portion. We were disappointed with the mains - we got the beef burger and pork belly. The beef burger was very greasy with little taste and seemed thrown together. The dining area was not overly full so I wouldn’t think the food had to be rushed. The pork belly portion seemed very small as well and very greasy - seemed like the pork belly, black pudding and carrots were thrown into the deep fat fryer at one time and then added to the plate. The potato fondant was a tiny feature. Similarly, with the burger it seems the plate was empty with a small burger. I would return to give it another chance but for the prices and reputation I think the menu needs to be rebooked especially the quality.

   Had a lovely evening, staff were outstanding & offered us a window table as one was available. Food was great, Dana the duty manager is fantastic, thank you.

   Very nice and helpful staff. Low review as was served raw chicken whitch staff said they would bring me a new dish and I was satisfied with that then a manager dropped down the new dish and said it wasn’t pink because it was raw and gave explanation but I think the chicken inside was clearly pink and raw. Very good drink

   The only negitive i could say, was there was no hand cleaner provided if you ordered the chicken wings. A wet wipe would have been great. Our table placing was not the best either and unfortunately we werent near a window with a view. But the food was lovely and staff very friendly.

    There was no vegetarian option on the valentines menu and when I asked for a vegetarian menu there were only 2 options which weren’t great. The server seemed to forget that we were there. The food came in good time and the meat option was nice but we spent most of the time waiting for the server.
