   Saddens me to say it, but this restaurant is in decline. Going all the way back to the early 2000s, it used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Lobster bisque lacked cream, nearly $20 caesar salad was tiny with no oomph, charcuterie board cheeses were off the mark, and bread is now about $5 (instead of free). On the bright side, service was solid.

   Went to Sotto's for Anniversary and it was one of the best experiences I've had. Food was amazing and service was top notch. Our server Derrick was the best.

   The food was delicious and the service outstanding. I highly recommend the Carbonara, it was so tasty! We also enjoyed the lobster bisque and short rib ravioli. We did not try any desserts, we were too full but they sounded delicious.

   We dined here for my husband’s birthday and it was such a lovely evening. The ambience and menu items were outstanding. There isn’t anything that we tried that wasn’t delicious. Highly recommend the carbonara. The only “negative” is the service was a bit slow. Understandable since we were a party of 6 and ordered a lot of food, but it would have been nice if the experience wasn’t 2.5 hours. Luckily we weren’t in a rush and it didn’t keep us from having a wonderful night. We will absolutely dine there again.

   Best Italian restaurant in Baltimore! Selected and reserved by doing research online and then when we asked the staff at The Ivy Hotel, they confirmed our choice was excellent. Already looking forward to our next visit.

   Only issue with an outstanding dinner was Peabody night. First time with one which makes conversation difficult although the music was exellent.
