   Not enough workers and the poor waitress there was trying to do 10 tables by herself with no help and everyone was trying to eat breakfast before checking out

   Food was cold, we never got a waitress to attend our table...Hostess ended up serving our table for the duration of our meal. For the price, I was very disappointed with the overall service & food. The manager didn't seem to care about our situation when we discussed it with him, so this place is not some place for me to come back to on future trips.

   Selected Southern Comfort - Westgate Resort for Thanksgiving dinner with my daughter. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and location. Unfortunately, finding a parking space was very difficult. After being seated, our waiter promptly arrived and took our drink order. We both selected their Thanksgiving Day special of white meat turkey, sweet potato casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, dressing, rolls, and cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, our meals arrived before our cocktail arrived. The food was very good, but our service was not. After finishing our main course and side dishes, we waited 10 to 15 minutes for our waiter to bring our dessert of pumpkin pie, but never received the coffee. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get our check, which included a 20% tip that wasn't mentioned in the reservation post on Open Table.

   Must visit! Large family for Traditional Thanksgiving Meal, well mostly. The kids ordered from the regular menu, which is a plus for those who are less than traditional. The food was very good, The value was reasonable, The service was great, The Ambiance was Stunning.
