The service was absolutely horrible! They've changed the way you order and pay for your food. You now scan the QR code and order your food online, as well as paying for your food online. Gratuity is already included so you can't even change that if you don't receive good service! There is no interaction with a waitress. There were 2 people bringing out food for the entire restaurant, and most of the time they were confused as to where the meals where going. It was 6 in our party, they brought our food out at different times. We ordered an appetizer of gumbo, we received it when we were getting ready to leave, despite telling several people we ordered it. Someone else in out party got the wrong meal and the music was too loud! I've been here several times and this was by far was the worst experience! I will say the food was and always is delicious. But service was horrendous!

Our waitress was amazing. Energetic, patient and still in good spirits although my family and I were a large group of 14. The food was delicious! Also loved the overall vibe with the DJ. Would definitely recommend and plan to return!

We came for brunch before we left town on recommendation from family. We were not disappointed! The collard green egg rolls were an absolute hit. The mimosa flight was 6 cute mini mimosas that were really tasty. We also had an iced coffee and were able to keep the branded mug… the whole place is a vibe.

The vibe was amazing and the food was over the top delicious! The staff was phenomenal and attentive. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The food was good. But customer service was terrible. No real waiters. Everything is ordered through a QR code and a 20% gratuity is added to the check automatically when there are no waiters/waitresses. After me and my Wife ate they made us get up and leave because someone else was “waiting” on the table. Brought security over and escorted us out when we made reservations just like everyone else. I thought that was very rude and unpleasant. Then as we was leaving there was a man outside waiting on his To-go order talking on the phone the lady came and brought him his food and SHE dropped it and blamed it on him saying “if you wasn’t on your phone your food wouldn’t be on the ground” just rude customer service. But the Catfish was good. Just wouldn’t go back or recommend it to be honest

Had a 2:45 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 3:30. Didn’t get food until over an hr later. Horrible since the “order from the app “ concept has come into place.

The ordering / payment payment process took a minute to figure out…but after I did, I realized it was actually quite easy and the related service was extremely efficient!
