   Matt was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire menu. We tried a few things such as wagyu fried rice ,spicy tuna roll, and chicken dumplings. Cocktails were fantastic. The only negative is that sake seems to only come by the flight or bottle. So can't just have a glass or a sake carafe.

   Food was pricy but amazing. The service was just alright primarily because everything has a charge that usually wasn’t told upfront like the fresh wasabi being an option but we weren’t told that it was an extra cost of $10. However the food, ambiance, decorations, and drinks were top notch. I’d recommend for a good special occasion or treat.

   Our main server was great but he had an “assistant” server (a first for me) who was younger and not as attentive. Also they provide wet towels, but usually, at other places, there hot, these were cold and rough. All in all, great experience, great food, great ambiance!

   Hello and thank you for viewing my thoughts and those shared by my party of 5 dining together at Soy Cowboy . Forgive my star ratings as they are somewhat lower than expected. This place is in a great location across the street from Texas Live and the newer Lowe’s Tower . The architectural style is fantastic. We were one of only a few tables seated and that took away from the ambiance by making it seem unwelcoming which was not the wait staff doing at all . It was very attractive place . The martinis we had and the wine others had were all very good . We had the edamame and shoshito peppers to start and they were both very well seasoned and tasty . We had many different sushi rolls and such and they lovely to look at and only fair tasting sadly . One platter was very dry inside which we did not complain about to the staff . We also experienced a wok dish that had beef in it and nicely flavored but it had a lot of oil that made it greasy which hurt the quality of the intended dish. The waiter was very nice and attentive but he had to give a very long explanation to us about the menu and how dining there works which we did not ask for or need . The speech continues with how many appetizers we should order and very instructional details that we found uncomfortable. He also had to come back when we were enjoying our one beverage to inform us about the Chef tasting menu for 125.00 pp that was clearly on the menu . We don’t know if he was instructed to say all this by management or chef or on his own but sadly for us it was not needed . We all agreed that between the ambiance and food and ordering process we would not go back . With sincere hopes all of these things can be smoothed out and the sushi rolls prepared moist inside . We are grateful to have eaten them and sad to have been let down Wishing you all the best ahead

   The food was outstanding and the service couldn’t have been better. It was a great way to celebrate my niece’s birthday. Will definitely return soon.

   It was recommended by a friend and hands down top 3 place to eat in Arlington. Drinks were superb. Food was amazing. Nothing that was par.

    Overall a great experience however, however the music could be turned down abit so table talk can be more easily done without having to compete with both neighboring conversations and music! Also, double check complementary desert offerings with allergy restrictions which were identified at the beginning of dining experience but admittedly overlooked by the server! Paying attention to details is what validates a so called “great dining experience”!
