Spaghetti Westurn is a classic semolina saloon that provides a playful and peculiar twist on homemade pasta. We like to eat. We like to drink. We like sharing what we eat and drink with our friends and loved ones.

Spaghetti Westurn was founded in 2021 in the city of Greenville, S.C.. The concept is the brainchild of Chef and Owner Jason Saunders, formerly of Jianna in Greenville and Wicked Weed Brewing and Table in Asheville, to name a few of the spots where he made his mark. Chef Saunders decided to open his own concept in 2020.

Spaghetti Westurn was conceived of as an eatery and oasis that prizes the beauty of quality, culinary simplicity and generous depths of service in an environment that is comfortable and welcoming for guests and employees alike. We pride ourselves on providing a great place for people to eat and a great place for people to work.

This gem of a restaurant is the best kept secret in Greenville! If you love beautiful food and pasta, do not miss this spot. Everyone in our party of four raved about their dish. If you love beets as we do, don’t miss the beet salad also the bread! Best salad ever . Specialty cocktails good and a limited but well selected wine offering. We look forward to returning very soon. Oh, don’t want to forget to mention our wonderful personality plus waitress.

We really enjoyed the caesar salad and pasta dishes and the service was excellent. Our old fashioned cocktail was good as well, but if you're expecting the cocktail menu you see on Open Table, you'll be disappointed as it seems they no longer offer those.

The food is all home made and excellent- sauces are great especially the pesto and bolognese with hints of cinnamon- ge the donuts for dessert and bread for appetizer, best bread around- staff very friendly and helpful and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a nice dinner with family - highly recommend!!

Always love going here. Never disappointed. This time the music was way too loud to share conversation together. We asked our waitress if she would please turn it down and she kindly agreed. The last part of our dinner together was much more enjoyable.

Team did a great job while we were there. Perfect amount of attention without being too much. Food was superb and seasoned so well. Pasta cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce and bits.

The best pasta that I have had in the United States, some in Italy is better, but not worth a $3500 ticket to get it in Italy. The service is wonderful, and the chef owner is engaging and a great chef to boot. Highly recommend this treasure, a little off the beaten path, but wonderful!!!!
