   The food was amazing, my only issue is when I requested a table upstairs or away from the kitchen they never got back to us with a yes or a sorry we cant. The table was right next to the waiters station.

   What a wonderful experience at Sparrow Italia. Really memorable. The service was excellent as was the food. Delightful ambience. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends.

   Second time coming here and the food and atmosphere hold up amazingly. Extremely warm and welcoming staff. Our bartender, Martina, was such a joy and made us feel like family. Will definitely be coming back soon!

   Terrible service… after trying to get someone’s attention for 10 minutes the waitress offered me a tissue when I asked for a finger bowl. The oysters were not clean at all. I ended up coughing because of all the “bits”. When asking to pay the waitress did not know how to use the pdq machine and ended up “splitting” our bill! In the end my partner had to take hold of the machine and show her how to use it: Awful experience and I will most certainly not be returning.

   Fantastic reasturant, only thing its a bit pricey but it has to be as tehre are so many staff, too many in fact. The Bar on the ground floor is great for an after dinner drink but cocktails at £21 is a bit much no matter how nice they are. But the reasturant gets a 5 star all the same

   The fact that this place is one of the few places where you find the best caring staff in the world. The experience is something of a miracle. Thank you to the manager and all the team who made my wife birthday anniversary an unforgettable one. And the food is and always has been delicious and extremely delightful.

    Dear Team, Thank you so much for such an amazing experience on mine and my friends second visit. The lobster pasta is one of the best pastas I have ever had and in a very long time. We were there originally a week ago and returned within 5 days as we wanted to experience the menu more in comparison to our first visit. I would highly recommend. The staff are also so exceptional and are so personable — thank you so much Theo, Marques, Robert and Adrian for another lovely experience.
