Greetings, The entrance at the door was 5-10 mins longer than it should have been as it took two different staff to find/see my name-after my repeating it at least 7 times. Perhaps, your system would be more efficient if the reservation number was used to confirm guests…. getting pass the above mentioned - nothing short of an AWESOME AFTERNOON in every other aspect! THANK YOU!!!!

The show was absolutely amazing!!! Would definitely do it again. The food was OK. The chicken was fried a little hard and the pork chop lacked flavor. The tea was very good , pretty refreshing. The service was great and the servers were attentive. Would definitely do this again.

The brunch was beautifully set up in a beautiful ballroom however the food DID NOT match the set up. Highly disappointed that we paid so much and the food was subpar. Also, a mimosa or two should have been included for the moms at the very least.

Food was great. Shrimp, Whole Mahi fish, brisket, turkey, salads, fresh melon and berries, a plethora of desserts too. Each mother received a small box of scones. Flowers on every table and a pianist playing. Champagne and cocktails too.

This event never happened. The hotel managers had no idea what we were talking about. The restaurant in question didn’t have a special event. We waited all morning for our reservations only to be told there was no “special event”. We were promised they would not charge our credit card. Horrible communications at this hotel. The F&B department should be fired.
