   It’s nice to have another vegan option! The only real issue that we discovered is that they need to open one of these in Evanston near their other location so it’s closer to us! The staff was friendly and the restaurant is beautiful. Brunch was fun and inventive. We enjoyed the cocktails. We’re going to be back soon for the back patio. Spirit Elephant will definitely be in heavy rotation on our list!

   The food was predictable and good. The old egg rolls were better than the new ones. The service we had was deplorable. We have had the same waitress several times in the past - and she's always bad. Inattentive. Forgetful. Just not good.

   Strictly for those whose taste is100% vegan. The menu mentions in small print that the food is all non -animal but the menu says something different. The menu should highlight the information and not put it in the fine print.

   We absolutely loved our brunch date dining experience at Sprit Elephant. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and my husband had the American Breakfast. Of course, we shared. It was all prepared to perfection. The taste, presentation, and food quality was top notch. The trainee was delightful. The server was well-informed and knowledgeable about the menu. The best part is that it was all plant-based; no animals were harmed for our meal.

   Fabulous meal. Great service from the host to the wait staff to the management who stopped by to check on things. One diner with us was new to vegetarian/vegan eating, and love what he had.

   This is probably the best %100 plant based restaurant I’ve ever had. Everything tastes so good and not like that nasty vegan food. I was so shocked at how the food taste like actual food being mimicked as vegan food. All of the staff were very nice. The manager was great and very attentive. He gave us the best options and made sure our expensive was a 1000/10 everytime. I forgot his name all I know is that he’s a Gemini lol. It was my wife’s graduation and we enjoyed every bit of it. The impossible burger with gouda cheese so bomb, chicken and waffles, crab cakes and the crab benedict with the potatoes so gooooodddddd. Everything was bomb. Thank you guys for a great experience. We will be back.
