   We had a small group, we were able to enjoy the views, cabanas and the service was what you would expect for Four Seasons. Only caveat is the rink was not ice, if you’re looking for a real ice skating rink you will be disappointed. Come for the ambience, the backdrop, the fire pit, the service and the empanadas.

   The winter ice skating is not real ice. For the price point it was a let down for sure. Hot cocoa lukewarm

   It was less than what I expected. I love Four Seasons. Unfortunately, this ruined my respect for the Four Seasons.

   Maybe since I went on the last day it wasn’t a great experience. The pumpkins were really picked over and the food selection wasn’t great at all. The only activity for the children was drawing on pumpkins. Just to boring for a pumpkin patch.

   All of the staff there was truly amazing. From Kassandra at the spa, to the pool manager Nick, to Hannah and Kyle. The fact that I remember all of their names after an entire day of being outside in a pumpkin patch with three kids, speaks volumes in itself. I had a wonderful time thanks to them. You guys are amazing!!

   Horrible outside of the view!! After asking twice, waited almost 20 mins for a server. Food was served in room service containers; which were stacked, and left on the table for us to manage. Waited an additional 10-15 mins just for ketchup. Server was nice but not attentive; unfortunately, gratuity was already included: but definitely not earned. Pumpkins were not included in the ticket price; they were an additional $10 with gourds the size of my hand, being the only thing included in the price we paid to attend. The “painting” for children, were actually a plethora of nearly all dried out paint markers, and there were hardly any available pumpkins left that weren’t already painted. Spent nearly $300 for subpar, food, service, and experience!

   Very nice ambience, but the pumpkin event can be dangerous for little ones. I saw kids climbing up on the rails of roof top. They got the pool still running.

    This experience was supposed to be for children. It was cute but what they offered wasn’t worth the price. They gave you one little gourd not even a small pumpkin. You had to pay $10 more for that. The drink were water down. The coloring section was mediocrity with a lot of dried out colors. The server was nice but not very attentive. We had quite a few ppl in out party, it like we were always looking for her. I would recommend for adults only not really children.
