Very good noodles, dumplings and bao buns. Just don’t book table 21.00. - we got very rushed by the staff and were still eating main course when they served dessert…

Star Noodle is still one of the best dining experiences on Maui. The new location is charming. The menu has some old favorites and some new stars. We loved the Miso Butterfish! Go have a rock on the porch or have a drink at the bar. It’s all feel-good aloha if that’s what you’re looking for.

We were hoping to dine at the previous location because we enjoyed the more traditional ambiance of the island. The new location feels like you are dining in a lively hipster city location. It was an edgy and contemporary experience and the chosen music drowned out the sound of the ocean. Clean and neat location but we were expecting a different experience.

Excellent food, great service from Jessica. Have to say, the lighting over the tables felt really bright. So much so everyone was joking about being interrogated lol. Smoother, softer lighting would be better, but that's just us. Mahalo for a great dinner and memorable evening! Highly Recommend!

Singapore noodles, papaya/tofu salad and the muscles were excellent. The Japanese whiskey drink was also excellent and had a high block ice cube in it. As it was my granddaughter’s birthday, it was disappointing that they did not do anything other than that the server wished her a happy birthday. The ambience was nice, but they could have added some deco to enhance the space.
