    I wanted to experience eating in one of their igloos, so that was fun. They warned me that the igloo may be a but warm, and with it being an unusually warm December evening, it was a bit toasty. But we had good service, and the food and drinks were good as well. My only gripe is that they did not tell me they were adding gratuity due to the size of my party. Because we weren't told this, some people accidentally left an additional tip on top of the already included gratuity. I called to make my reservation, so they should've told me then that gratuity would be included.

    We had the Mexican ceviche, trout meuniere, crispy chicken, and chicken a la plancha at our table and all were excellent. Lucuma ice cream was great too. The service was prompt and very friendly.

    The honey peach agua fresca was delicious! Definitely recommend getting that - they give free refills on the agua frescas too.

    This place was AMAZING! We sat outside in an igloo with Christmas lights & it set the BEST atmosphere for my family! Food was SO delish!!! Will be back again for sure!

    The food was okay, but the service was terrible. The server didn’t come to our table until 30-45 minutes after we were seated. When she finally arrived, she didn’t greet us properly and just asked what we wanted. After taking our order, she left and never brought the mimosa I ordered. It seemed like she forgot it at the bar. When the food arrived, it was missing a side and wasn’t hot at all, like it had been sitting out for a while. The syrup even had a film on top from being cold. I told them not to bother bringing the mimosa. The server wasn’t friendly, which ruined the experience. Sitting outside might have played a role, but it shouldn’t have prevented the server from attending to us. I definitely won’t be going back based on this experience.

    I am in town for the holidays and my birthday. My kids took me here and I was not disappointed. The service was outstanding and the vibe was very cool. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in town again.
