Great food and service. The red booth I sat in was pretty worn and uncomfortable.

Good food with great service. There was a really loud/shrieking 27 year old birthday party next to us that was horrible.

The ambiance was nice, and great customer service. However, the food could have been better. Our food was not hot, had to send it back, and lacked season.

The food is the star at this Warf area restaurant. The crab and artichoke dip was very good. Brussel Sprouts were perfectly prepared. My wife had the half chicken and really enjoyed it. She said the mixed vegetables were great. I had the braised spare rib. It had wonderful flavor and was perfectly tender. We both savored the mashed potatoes that also came with our entrees.
It was a lively atmosphere with many theater goers having a meal before their show. But we could easily carry on a conversation.
The only downside to the evening was a slight lack of attention from our server.
They appeared to have forgotten my drink order. They brought my wife's sparkling water but then disappeared for over 15 minutes. We had to ask another waiter to find her. She then needed a reminder to go check on the drink. Returning in under 5 minutes with it. This was a theme for the rest of the evening. Fortunately, we weren't in a rush. Our reservation was for 7pm. We were seated at 7:20. The meal was finished by about 9:10.
I'm not complaining, but I will say that the table next to us got much better service. They arrive just after 8pm and were finishing their desserts about the same time as we were.
We spent a fair amount of time with empty appetizer and empty dinner plates in front of us. With dessert, my wife ordered tea. The server asked if she wanted black, grey or green. My wife enquired if she meant Earl Grey and received a blank stare. Finally she brought the tea box with a choice of Green Tea, Mint, or English Breakfast.
I ordered a cappuccino. Typically, it is brought with a small caddie of sugar choices. She scooted away before I could ask about that. Once again the waiter from the neighboring table had to send out a search party for our server, just to get some sugar. They definitely do not work as a team there.
The manager did stop by. I said the food was amazing. But 25 min. seemed like a long wait for a drink. He removed it.

Don’t…Brunch service was terrible. Wrong food brought to the table. Wrong drinks brought to the table a few times. Very clueless and unattentive server. Food was tasty but not worth everything else that came along with it.

Three at our table had the salmon bowl, which was good. One at our table had the fish and chips, which he didn't eat much of because the fried fish was so heavily breaded.
We had the 3 course meal for Arena Stage patrons and it was a good value.
The waiter was a nice fellow, but seemed to be in a bit of a rush, bringing next courses when some of us were not done with the previous course. I might understand this a bit if the restaurant were crowded, but it was not at all crowded the night we were there.
