   I have visited this restaurant plenty of times and it never disappoints. This time the kitchen had a small hiccup on the cook of one of our meals. The staff went above and beyond any expectations to make it right with my party. I can’t say enough positive things about this establishment from the ambience, food, and the service is all top tier. Highly recommend!

   We decided to take my bonus child here to celebrate his 19th birthday. We’ve heard good things about the place prior to going as we usually go to a comparable restaurant (Halls Chophouse in Columbia SC). The food was good; however having no sweet tea or refills on soft drinks kind of throws it off when you’re spending that kind of money on entrees. Simple syrup was offered to sweeten the tea but that is not the same as having sweet tea. It was entirely too dark for me and made it difficult to read the menu. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They did offer a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebration.

   A perfect evening. Everyone was very attentive to our table. Music good, but could be lowered. But then again, we were right under the speaker.

   I celebrated my birthday at Steak 48, and it was an unforgettable experience! The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The buttery, savory lobster rolls were a standout, and the lamb chops were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I can’t wait to come back!

   I've been to Steak 48 a few times but this time was by far my favorite. Outstanding service and the food is sooo good! We had meatballs for an appetizer, meatloaf, filet mignon, brussel sprouts, and the seafood mac and cheese. The meatballs and meatloaf were exceptional! The bartenders and servers were top notch and so friendly. Thank you for such an awesome experience. It really meant a lot.

   Best steakhouse in Charlotte hands down. We always ask to be in Adams section as he is an excellent server. I like the new additions to the menu. The butchers cut (Wagyu ribeye cap) is the best steak on the menu.

   I really wanted to love it, but I thought, for the price, it wasn’t quite worth it. My ribeye was very salty and the sides were not as amazing as I had been told. Plus, the pop tunes didn’t quite fit the steakhouse vibe.

   Wonderful experience. Top notch service and the food was amazing. Steaks were cooked to perfection. The warm carmel cake was delicious.

    If there was a .5 option I would’ve given 4.5 stars for food and value. The bread lacked flavor unfortunately—it could’ve used a better garlic butter glaze on top (tasted like the salt was missing from the dough). Alternatively a salted butter for the table could’ve been offered. Other than that, the food was amazing and the waitress had excellent recommendations. The butcher’s cut was amazing, creamed corn crème brûlée is a must. I’d go there again for any occasion.
