    we went to the restaurant for our 7 PM reservation to find the doors locked, and the place noted temporarily closed, specially troublesome since I’ve been receiving confirmation confirmations on OpenTable of my reservation for eight people!

    We were in town for the Sedona half marathon. I made a reservation for five of us at 6 o’clock. And to our amazement when we got to the restaurant, there was a tiny note on the door, saying it was closed. So I had to shuffle arrangements for five different people for dinner. Needless to say, I was less than pleased or thrilled.

    We made a reservation on Opentable for 6pm. We arrived at the restaurant to see the parking lot empty and a handwritten note on the door saying the chef would “be right back.” It was clear it was not open so we needed to find a new place to eat. I can’t believe I was able to book a reservation at a restaurant that was not open. Very disappointing.

    OpenTable booked us and we drove all the way from Gilbert and arrived there and it was temporarily closed. No other notice was given that it was closed for other people were waiting in the parking lot.

    We had the displeasure of making a 5pm res for three the other night then standing outside waiting for someone to open the door. They never did. As locals, this has happened before. We felt bad for the out-of-towners who also made reservations and had to leave disappointed. Everyone all dolled up for a wonderful evening and then nothing, not even a sign on the door. Sad.
