   I did not receive 1000 points upon completion of this reservation. The Open Table app showed 1000 pts for the selected time. I asked about this at the restaurant but got no answer. My Open Table profile now shows that I will receive 1000 points bringing my total to 5800 pts. My total still shows 4800 pts. Please advise.

   The restaurant presents very well as the interior design is very modern and appears clean. The restaurant air person came to our table with about for or five separate menus. She was challenged with how to explain the seemingly complex ordering and food options. Rather than answer our questions about what options we could choose she kept pushing the “all you can eat”. We aren’t big fans of all you can eat because we like really good Asian food not a lot of low quality food, which by the way, is exactly what we were served. The hot and sour soup was served lukewarm, and it was flavorless although it looked delicious it was not. The sautéed green beans were old dried out and tough, the chowmein was so ultra salty it was inedible. My poor mom asked for a fork three times and was left sitting there for 10 minutes unable to eat with chopsticks. She’s 87 so it’s understandable.

   My husband and I decided to try this new restaurant last Sat evening . Reviews were mixed so I thought we would give it a go. First appearance , the inside is large but only a little over half the restaurant has tables or booths at this time . There were several patrons there when we got there . Their menu (s) are huge, which had my hopes up. Service from the beginning was spotty. We got drinks & then it took forever for someone to ask anything more . We ordered appetizers and food because we weren’t sure when they would be back . We got a sampler dish of appetizers & everything came cold . I’m sure it would have been better at least warm . Our main dishes all came out quickly after , before we even finished app’s. We got several dishes including house fried rice, lobster chow mein and sweet and sour chicken . To our dismay “all” dishes were served cold ! It was really disappointing at this point . Many servers came over and through some language barriers they remade all the dishes and brought them out one by one . Second round was hot but the flavoring and quality were just not good . I will say I had walked to restroom towards the end and it just doesn’t seem like they are ready to be open . The restaurant appears “half “done and the restrooms were neglected as well . My hopes of finding a new Chinese restaurant were not only a disaster but smashed to smithereens . Prices are high and services was lackluster without the serving of cold food . We will not be back .

   Their specialty is the duck, which is outstanding. I love plum sauce but their orange ginger sauce is also really good with it. We also get the garlic bok choy which is VERY garlicky but yummy and the honey glazed sliced pork. This time we tried and really enjoyed the pineapple shrimp fried rice.

   Really enjoyed the food. It was nice to try new foods and explore the secret Chinese menu. I will definitely go back for the all you can eat dim sum.

   The food was outstanding! I must say they have so many options and with our group of 4 we ordered so much food that we ran out of room on the table. Definitely played Tetris with the dishes. The service was a little slow, but our waiter was super nice. The establishment was pretty busy, I’m glad we made a reservation.

   The food here is definitely better than most Chinese cuisine in Arizona. They offer a wide variety of dishes, with the spicy options standing out, thanks to the chef being from Sichuan. The restaurant provides high-quality food, excellent service, and a pleasant dining environment. We ordered the Peking duck and hotpot. While a few dishes may not be perfect for serious food enthusiasts, it's still well worth trying.

    We are from Seattle and used to GREAT Asian food. Been searching for similar in Gilbert area. So far this is the closest we have come to good Asian food. Soup dumplings were decent as was the Peking duck. Chow mein a little too salty. garlic broccoli and General Tsao chicken were good. We will return
