   Was really keen to try this place but was really appalled with the service. The food is great and great selection of dishes but the service is nothing like I’ve experienced. We waited a while to order, received our drinks after some of the food arrived. An hour and 10 minutes into our reservation, and 20 minutes into receiving our food, the waitress told us we had 20 minutes left at the table—this would mean we only had an hour and a half altogether. The booking states parties less than 4 people have 2 hours, I showed the staff and they apologised. However the waiting staff insisted, albeit politely, we should move to another table to finish our food as although it was their error, they needed the table. We declined as we didn’t want to disrupt our meal, and we still had the booking for another 45 minutes as per their policy. For the next 45 minutes we were harassed and interrupted by the waiting staff, FOH staff and management 6 times that they *really* needed the table. After disputing with them, we were offered money off our bill but we won’t be returning.

   The sticks lack flavour. The meat is too chewy; especially the Iberico pork. Sushi is decent

   Although it was a Sunday evening it was a bit disappointing to be seated for almost 20 minutes before we were asked for a drinks order. Subsequently food was sporadic, and extras appeared well after dishes had arrived.

   Amazing food and service as always. Overwhelmingly disappointing venue in Islington - a highly disappointing Wagamama-style IKEA rip-off decor and layout with no room for a romantic meal. The worst SNS venue - it looks awful and fails completely to do justice to the delicious food and attentive staff. Please rethink!

   The ambience is very nice, and services was very good. The food was not as good as other places I went to from the same chain. I think the quality is not high.

   The food was great as it always is but the service was pretty poor. Didnt come over to ask for our order until we went to go get them, often confused by our drink order and slow to deliver, and had ordered a birthday dessert but it never came.

   Great food, when it arrives! Waiting 40 minutes for 2 chicken sticks meant we were hungry again by the time we left. Lovely staff but didn't do anything to make it better and added a huge service charge.

    Great new place. Looks amazing, staff were great. Food was tasty, but the hot food was a little cold and the starters came out after the main, despite us requesting it coming out before.
