   Well when I booked my table at 6:30 I was not expecting to have so many tube delays and cancellation nor did I think there would be a swan on the line either ! So when I knew I was going to be late I contacted the restaurant to say that I know they have to hold the table for 15 mins but I will be 5 mins after this and if that was fine ? The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful she said that would be fine and a note would be made on my booking, but when arriving at restaurant to apologies for being late we was greeted with a very rude man that then typically said that it would be difficult to seat us now ! When gave reason for being late he said everyone says that as though me calling up and saying sorry wasn’t good enough ! When spoke too so badly at the start of your meal kind of ruins the vibe and atmosphere of the whole meal. We was told he could seat us at 7 and would be the table back by 8 which we said was fine and understood ! Our waiter was lovely she was ver tentative and very fast taking our order and bring food over as we did have much time ! But sadly it was ruined once a again when the rude man that seated us then came over dead at 8 saying ladies need the table now which we responded we are waiting for bill ! We had nothing on our table and had asked for a bill 15 mins earlier and was just waiting for some service. The man was once again rude when taking the payment for us he retrieved our bill and didn’t even let us look at the cost before waving the card machine in font of a faces, we wanted a second to look at bill and work out splitting it and make sure that everything was correct on the bill I know he needed the table back but I thought was very rude and we had actually been waiting around for 15-20 mins for the bill already to then he rush when it was inconvenient for him ! I am not sure I will be visiting this branch again as this experience has ruined the vibe and feeling there ! I hope they work on this otherwise they will loose custo

   Excellent food, incredibly well presented. Service was attentive , but not overwhelming. Overall a great dinning experience.

   Absolutely exceptional flavors on all dishes seafood and raw, sampled the Valentines menu and was pleased with the freshness of ingredients, intensity and pairings of flavor, and medium portion sizes given the higher end nature of the ingredients. Servers were pleasant, ambiance was gently lit and spacious, and a big shout out to the lobster-with-ikura bisque, the wagyu tartare, the exceptionally green-tangy-tasting hamachi, and the miso black cod maki that was the best bite of the night.

   Delicious food and service was also great. We had salad, sushi platter, various starters. All dishes were freshly prepared and flavours nicely balanced.

   Excellent service from lovely Kate and the rest of the team. Highly recommend the ceviche and hibiscus margarita- absolute perfection. Domo Arigato!

    Initial waitress we had was very happy, informative and attentive, then we had a second waiter who was more interested in chatting on the floor to his colleague than tending to the 4 tables which were also there with us. Myself and another table had requested the bill, waited a bit and then had to go over and interrupt for the bill as we had a booking elsewhere. No point in mentioning it was a special occasion as my boyfriends birthday wasn't even acknowledged here. Would return to the brand, but not this location.
