The House of Suntory is a House of Japanese artisans, crafting world-class spirits, inspired by Japanese nature and mastered with Japanese craft. Throughout this experience, you’ll be guided through a curated selection of five whiskies, including Japan’s No. 1 single malt, Yamazaki Distillery Reserve, Hakashu Distillery Reserve, Chita, Hibiki Harmony and Toki. Each whisky will be paired with a variety of bites from the Sticks’n’Sushi kitchen, offering a perfect fusion of flavours, finished off with an elegant whisky cocktail.

    We usually come in as a walk-in but this time we decided to book, we have tried some of their other branches and it’s always a pleasure to be back again. This time around it wasn’t like that. We had no problem with the food, which was amazing as always and did come in good time. However, the service was very lacking. Water took long, had to ask 2 different people for it, the drink I ordered came in before the water; We had to look around a couple of times to get attention from the waiters, apart from the gentleman who took our order it felt like nobody had time for us; When it came to the end of the meal I had to call somebody over to ask for dessert, I felt like it was taking so long for somebody to come to our table, the waiter told me “just a second”, but didn’t come back, and when I asked for my dessert again, which I didn’t know if it was actually ordered or not, I was told it was on the way? Very confusing. Even when we asked for the bill my girlfriend had to find somebody to take the payment because it was taking them so long to come back with the card machine. I mean seriously, it didn’t even look busy. I don’t leave reviews very often but we love Stick’s n’ Sushi, and I feel like all of this could have been avoided, because they are very silly and simple things, but all part of the experience. Having dined with them many times we got used to a very good service, yesterday, not so much.

    Thoroughly enjoyable once again at sticks & sushi; friendly staff really lovely menu with photos, clean and pretty healthy food, options for various food foibles and a nice atmosphere. We ate relatively early 12/1230 so it was not very busy but then it got busier as we were departing. Very grateful for attentive service and absolutely no pressure to rush any part of our meal. Will definitely return.

    Great food and service in a smaller venue. Fantastic sushi and small dishes. Good value for the quality of food. Gets busy so booking ahead advised.

    Rude staff on the door who sit there whispering about you and staring at you. Quite an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience at this branch. Bar staff were lovely and accommodating and their service was amazing nevertheless.
