   Our experience last night was beyond unacceptable. Our reservation was at 8:15 but we weren’t able to be seated until 9pm. All of our steaks were cooked incorrectly- an Australian tomahawk (was supposed to be medium) was cooked so incredibly rare and two ribeyes (that were supposed to be medium rare) were beyond well done. The manager came by and apologized and sent our plates back, however the Australian tomahawk was turned back around and sent back to us exactly the same. The other steaks- still not right. I will say the sides and appetizers were incredible. However if you’re a restaurant called “STK” I better get exceptional steaks- especially ones that are overpriced compared to local steakhouses in the city. Not to mention my husband walked into the bathroom and saw a buster washing steak knives in the sink! Management never took accountability for this. Our waiter was incredible and I’m so sorry he had to deal with this. Management- do better.

   Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. We had to flag down our server after sitting for 15 minutes, he rudely said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute, you have drinks from the bar’ (2 of us had drinks, 2 of us needed drinks) Service staff repeatedly bumped into my seated dining companions without ever apologizing, the food runner even hit the top of her head with a plate while serving the table next to us. We had to ask for every single thing we needed, silver ware, water, drinks etc. the worst being when we asked 3 times for spoons for our shared sides, we were ultimately brought a fistful of wrapped to-go silverware. Nope- I’m not serving myself $20 mashed potatoes with a piece of plastic. I don’t mind paying a lot for a nice meal, but our dinner for 4 totaled close to $600 and I’ve had better service at Waffle House. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT dine here. I have never been more embarrassed with my choice of restaurant.

   Unfortunately, this was not the dining experience we expected. Our server tried, but restaurant was severely over booked…won’t be visiting again.

   Food was delicious but it said jumbo lump crab cake and it wasn’t jumbo at all. Food was ok but over priced

   While the restaurant boasts a beautiful atmosphere, the overall experience falls short of expectations. The flavors of the dishes did not justify the high prices, leaving me feeling underwhelmed. The service was inconsistent, and the wait time was longer than anticipated. Although marketed as a high-end dining experience, it felt more like a mid-tier establishment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

   We had a great experience at STK. Our server Zion was very nice. Food was a 10 out of 10. Definitely, will be going back.

    Great experience 10 out of 10 make sure you ask for Dominique the waitress, she is amazing & very knowledgeable!
