   Having arrived at the restaurant for our designated time of 6pm we spoke to the receptionist who gave us a buzzer and said when this buzzes come back and we’ll get you a table. As I assumed there was some confusion I said that I had a reservation and the staff member confirmed this but due to “poor time management issues” they couldn’t seat us at our reserved time. So I would bear this in mind as we were to attending a show starting at 8pm. After 15 and 30 minutes I went up to check the progress of our table as I was starting to panicking about timing to be met but such a rude waiter who basically told me not to stress as my show wasn’t until 8, in which I reply I didn’t wanted to be rushing hence the time of my booking and also the fact I had to walk there - to this she replied “well I would hardly expect you to fly”. 37 minutes after arrival to the restaurant we had finally been seated where when getting served water the waiter spilt it over my partner shoulder and another spilled my cocktail when it arrived to our table. When our steak had arrived to the table we then had to wait for steak knives. I understand it is a busy time of year but don’t take so many bookings if your restaurant/ staff can’t cope with it. Definitely one plus was that we enjoyed our meal. The food was beautiful although the severity of the air conditioning made it cold quite quickly. The only positive was the food which we had to rush other than that it is the worst experience we’d ever had

   Great food, but the service was chaotic and slow from some staff members. A waitress who wasn’t dealing with my table thankfully recognised I wasn’t being served, took my drinks order, food order and request for bill. The waitress assigned to my table never returned once I was seated. Bizarre. I had to place my drinks order twice as, after 30 mins, they didn’t arrive. Don’t expect even basic customer service from the staff. They really let down what is otherwise a very nice restaurant.

   Pros: seated at reservation time. Extremely sweet server. Side dishes were great. Cons: steak was bland. Prices are insane for the ambiance of the space (which is a DJ re-skin of Texas Roadhouse). I’ve had worse dinners, but I haven’t paid $350 (including only one glass of wine) for them.

   Server was not well versed in options that are gluten free. Simply mentioned a few things on the menu that are gluten free and said, if there's something you're interested in I can find out for you if it's gluten free. Gluten free diners are NOT a rare customer, I feel that in a restaurant of this high price and renown they should have very clear options...if not a separate menu. In another situation, all the dinners were served, accept mine. I ordered the Duck Gnocchi special. The food runner said to me, I will be right back with yours. I sat there, while the rest of the party ate. Our waiter finally came by and said that the manager was checking on my dinner. The dinner was finally brought over by the manager over 15 minutes later without a "sorry" or any sort of offer of a compensation. If you're paying $60+ dollars a plate for dinner, and you leave one person at the table without their food, it means you're doing something wrong. That's the time for the manager to step up and make it right....which they did absolutely did not!

   My ribeye was WAY overcooked and extremely dry. I never return food but for $87.00 I had to return the steak. We ordered the sea bass and that was under cooked. We were uncomfortable returning that as well so just ate the veggies. We won’t be going back here. On a better note, our server was very pleasant and our drinks were delicious.

   We were surprised that the 6 oz filet on our otherwise very delicious meal was no better than “choice”. For the prices we paid, I would expect “prime” quality. Something better than I can grill on my back porch with a steak from Stop&Shop.

   3 out of 4 steaks were way overcooked. Sent back. Came out a second time with wrong toppings (butter and peppercorn). Paid $25 extra (each steak- $15 truffle butter, $10 peppercorn) for our steaks to come out almost an hour after our food was ordered and still wrong. We ended up leaving with only a few bites of our main entree eaten.

   The ambience and the vibe were phenomenal. The food was pretty good. However, , Made reservation for 8:30 PM did not get seated until 9:30 PM. If you are booking a reservation, they do not honor them although they allow them. Makes no sense.

   Nick was a great server but the steals were not the best. 1st one was under size and over cooked. The 2nd was also over cooked in 1/2 of it. 3 others at out table also were over cooked. The sides were the Smallest I’d had at any nice steakhouse.

    Waiter knew nothing about the menu could not make recommendations. We’re kind of left on our own. Overall the food was good, Had a very nice vibe. Need to train the waste staff.
