   My steak had great flavor and a nice external crust. Ordered medium rare steak but got medium well. Made our guests stand waiting while they closed out the bar tab, couldn’t just transfer. Wanted to charge $5 for a large ice cube to chill down my paper plane (which was excellent but quite strong and got warm while I sipped slowly). Forgot one of our salads. Carded all three of us, ages 26 (makes sense to card), 50 and 56 (seriously?). Told us that we had to have our appetizers, entrees and desserts ready to order all at once - who does that??? Nearly set one of my guests on fire. I feel like we ate well enough but none of us will be compelled to go back.

   We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary here and our waiter Elliott was amazing. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and made our dinner extra special. Not to mention, the food was delicious.

   Overall I’d still give STK 5 stars because the food was stellar and our server Charles was amazing (big shoutout to Charles). My steak was temped and presented perfectly and the broccolini that came with my wife’s salmon was a delight. The noise WAS a little more than expected but it was also a crowd of travelers and younger people so it didn’t detract from the experience. Will 100% be back again
