This specific stk is inside Disney springs so there is a lot of kids in the restaurant and it is also not as fancy as the other stk like in Miami. The dj music was very low I could hardly hear any music and being that it’s “brunch” it would had made it a bit nicer

Fun place to eat dinner, but for what you get extremely overpriced. Food was pretty good but to pay $100 for a steak I expect it to blow me away. It was a pretty average meal.

Absolutely awful experience. Waited an hour for our entrees. I had to get up twice to refill our own waters. When our entrees were finally brought we were given no plates for our sides so I had to get up and grab plates from another table to be able to enjoy them. Waiters were nowhere to be found. When I questioned waiter about it he told me where he was from instead of answering why we basically had to wait on ourselves. For a $300 dinner it was atrocious service.

Honestly one of the worst steakhouses I’ve ever been to. Nothing tasted seasoned at all. The staff, though effective, seemed cold and disinterested.

Our server and food service were excellent
Hostesses and process to get seated was awful. Waited over 30 minutes even though we had a reservation and when I went and asked they sent me to 3 different people all of which had no idea what was going on. Very poor start. Would except a much better first impression in a restaurant like this. But once we were seated out server was excellent and food was very very good!
