   A perfect evening to celebrate the holidays! atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Food as always wonderful- chicken scaparelli and chicken adn shrimp in gorgonzola sauce delicious! SErive is beyond wonderful- Lenny & Art always make us feel like family! will be back very soon! thank you!

   The food here was great (had a filet and the person I was with had rib eye. We had calamari to start and spinach sides). The inside is nicely decorated and clean. The staff is friendly, but felt a bit like we were getting rushed at times. Maybe because it's a smaller place they try to get people in and out, but with a late reservation (815) it felt like we were trying to be sped up for someone coming in behind us which probably wasn't the case at that time. Admittedly, we were there a while catching up, so if you're looking for a place to have a slow-paced conversation, this may not be the place - otherwise it's great and I will come back!

   The restaurant is really nice. People are welcoming when you enter. We had a 4:45pm reservation on a Saturday night for 3 adults and 4 kids.- there was not many people yet. We ordered appetizers - calamari and crab cakes. Both were good. This came to the table with good timing. Our entrees took an hour and twenty minutes from ordering. No one checked on us and no one explained why it was taking so long. By then the restaurant had people so I am not sure if the kitchen got overwhelmed. I finally asked a busser for our food (bc our server had not approached us again since taking our order) and she went to check. Food came like 10-15 after that. We ordered - 1) penne with steak ( this was ok) 2) seafood pasta (also just ok) 3) chicken martini (also ok) 4) ribeye ( this was good) 5) ny strip steak (this was good) 6) filet mignon ( terrible- very charred and dry). No one came to check how our meal was. A good 15 mins after we ate our original server appeared to ask if we wanted take home boxes to which we said no. She took a couple of plates away and we asked to see dessert. She dropped off the dessert menu and never came back. Our busser took our dessert order. Ice cream for the kids, also crème brûlée and tiramisu. Dessert left nothing to be desired. Our busser apologized to us for our food taking so long to come and said she would bring us the check when ready. She comped the three ice creams. All in all- I don’t think we will be back and I am disappointed to say this. I have worked in the service industry a long time including restaurant management- shocked to see other people like the service at this place. I really hope the bussers get good tips as our busser was the only one that seemed attentive.

   The service was bad. We had to call the waitress over to our table initially to take our order just for drinks. She messed up our order and then argued with us telling us we were wrong and she was right. I can get a good steak anywhere not coming back here.

    We had a reservation but was told to wait at the bar which was fine since we got a cocktail but had to wait for more than 30 minutes. However food was excellent. Octopus appetizer and porterhouse steak was cooked perfectly.
