    Had heard about another Michael Mina restaurant with high reviews but could not get a reservation during our stay. StripSteak did not disappoint. John our server was impeccable and entertaining. Prime rib was perfect and tender. Truffle Mac and cheese was delish (albeit salty for my taste). Brussels met my husband’s standards. Motel lava cake and ice cream with latte for dessert capped off a wonderful evening. Highly recommend!

    I would give Stripsteak a 3.9 out of 5 because I believe we hit it during an understaffed night, otherwise it would have been a 3. The ambience was good. My $75 filet was cooked to the correct temp but was very dry. Service was a little slow and server was as well.

    Best Rib Cap on the Strip! Mesquite flavor really takes steak to another level. Pot belly fried rice was also another winner. Wine selection is very good as well.

    Stripsteak is absolutely amazing, which is why I make a reservation there every time I'm in Vegas. The atmosphere, service, and food is top tier.

    What a mess. This Experience was not what one expects from a Micahel Mina or Las Vegas restaurant. But to be fair, this was the case where one person ruined the entire night. Our waiter quite literally mumbled and couldn't be heard over the music. Every course, including drinks was painfully slow, food was 'meh', and again, our waiter was just a jerk. He forgot to put in several items. He didn't box up our to go items (I mean, they offer to help at an Outback Steakhouse for crying out loud). He slammed the dessert menus on the table when we said we had to grab the check and head for our show (which we told him 2 hours prior about). He had a big stick up his butt and clearly hates working there. My entire party, all in all, from the dated interiors, to feeling ripped off by the poorly prepared slow food, to feeling like the waiter continually forgot about our table and gave zero care to his job, left extremely disappointed.
