Before Stuft Pizza gained its reputation as a top restaurant in Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and La Quinta, Jack and Pat Bertram founded the first Stuft Pizza in Cerritos, California in 1976 after months of recipe experimentation. Starting as a small take-out only pizza joint, its focus on quality led to success. By 1986, it expanded into a franchise, with the Bertram Family operating two unique locations in the Coachella Valley since 2004 and 2014. Featuring expanded menus, full bars, HD TVs, and a welcoming atmosphere, Stuft Pizza remains a beloved family-run establishment, offering delicious pizza and great value for over 45 years. Stuft pizza has little or no sauce. That's very sad. We ordered the 4 seasons pizza. This place prepares a Hurricane Katrina 4 seasons pizza. Pretty clear they've never seen a properly prepared 4 seasons. A real 4 seasons has each of the 4 ingredients in it's own quadrant. Not the dump of ingredients you get here. Pizza was expensive and not good. And the sangria was cloudy and fruit less. So I definitely knew I wasn't in Catalonia.

Service was slow. Our food took 35 min to arrive. My wife’s food was not prepared correctly.
