Succotash PRIME is a progressive perspective of classic Southern favorites. James Beard Award winner Edward Lee brings his Korean roots and Southern repertoire to a soulful Southern Steakhouse menu.

SUCCOTASH is named after the classic dish that has been a longstanding staple of the Southern table. While many know “Succotash” when they see it, the dish has been interpreted, modified, and passed from generation to generation for centuries. The creation of food that incorporated Korean seasoning was brilliant. The service was excellent and in spite of high ceilings, 6 of us had no problem engaging conversations.

Food was cold and terrible. Fries tasted like McDonald’s. Not authentic southern food at all. Meal was just cold fried fish with lettuce. Felt sick after.

Leo was an excellent, graceous, informed server. His misson was to please and make the experience memorable. The menu offered interesting tastes to please all. The building is a grand architectural feature of the restaurant. We look forward to returning soon. BRAVO!
