The Middle Eastern flavour of the menu is reflected in the sandstorm pink of the walls and the classical styling of the furniture and artwork, while professional staff make you feel at home and thousands of miles away all at the same time. Large selection of lamb offerings were served over delicious and perfectly cooked Iranian rice base. The freshly home made bread type served with dips were unique. The combination of starters is a good way to have variety.

The waitress didn’t recognize our booking. Her wording for communicating with the guests and her colleagues is as if she was talking to her teenage friends in a high school. We ordered a vegetarian dish and was provided with a chicken one. When we reported the problem, the waitress asked, "so you don't want it?". The manager saw the situation and stayed at the counter. He neither said sorry nor offered any compensation for the disrespectful mistake. The waiter said they will take the OpenTable dining cheques. However, they didn't at the end, even though the family style restaurant is not on the list of "Which restaurants in the United Kingdom have opted out of accepting OpenTable dining cheques?.

A lovely family restaurant. My favourite place to eat in Shepherd’s Bush. The owner is so friendly and rightly proud of his food. Great Persian food and amazing value for money. Try the wine from Lebanon.
