   Server was great and made my fiancé’s birthday a fun time. The food was a bit expensive but you’re also paying for an experience.

   First time visiting this establishment, and my family and I had an amazing time. The food, drinks, and desserts were delicious. Our waiter was Henry, he was awesome, he answered every question we had. Explained the menu and was very knowledgeable about everything. We will be returning and hopefully he will be our waiter again.

   The decor and pictures of celebs are very inviting and fun. Sadly, this is the only highlight of my experience Monday around 1:30pm on New Year’s Eve. The host and server move extremely slow. It didn’t seem busy at all for how slow the service was. Every item is extremely overpriced. Grilled fish in fish taco has absolutely no taste. I didn’t even eat it. They were out of 2 basic sides that most restaurants would have in stock. Waited over 30 minutes for a cold side to be served to us. Manager was too busy/afraid of speaking with me directly so they’d rather just take the side off of my bill instead of allowing me to voice my displeasure about the whole experience. Unfortunately, based off my experience, the only thing I can do is recommend that you stay far away from this location

   The hostess greeted us in a welcoming and friendly manner and seated us immediately. The atmosphere was nicely decorated, however the ceiling vent tiles were full of dirt and dust and their columns and walls had lots of chipped paint. Our server brought us waters and my glass had food debris floating in the water. Our first server never returned and we had another server who was very nice and took our order. We ordered our cocktails. We waited a long time to receive them. My husband was served the wrong cocktail and I was told my cocktail was sold out. I ordered a different drink and when it arrived I was told the toppings to my drink would be coming out shortly. That never happened. I was so disappointed to pay $52 for a cocktail and not receive the complete cocktail. It made no sense, just wait till the entire drink is ready and then serve it. A manager greeted us and asked if things were ok. We told him we were waiting on my cocktail toppings and a clean glass of water. A few minutes later our server came back with the toppings and water. She seemed very annoyed and was curt when speaking to us. We waited an even longer time for our food. The food was quite good and we enjoyed the meal. Our kids absolutely loved their desserts. They were a work of art! I do not regret trying this place for the first time, however I do not plan to return due to the poor service. I will thank the manager for his efforts in attempting to expedite our requests after having experienced longer wait times than normal.

   Our server was awesome. But the food was absolutely disgusting. My daughter had basically a 3 ounce piece of chicken on her chicken sandwich. My son did not have the avocado. Mine was missing the dressing. I had 10 beans in my refried beans.  it was more like soup. I do not recommend eating a meal there

   We had a 6:30 reservation / party of 6. We arrived on time but were not seated for another 15-20 mins. We were seated upstairs in a dark booth. We sat down and waited for quite a while. We then asked if we could be moved to the table under the tree because it is more lit. We were told we could not because it was for a table of 11 and we were only 6. We reluctantly stayed and asked about our server because we had been sitting for a while with no service. After we ordered, we noticed they sat a party of 5 at the table we requested but told we couldn’t sit at because it required a larger party. -slow service -mediocre food -terrible customer experience with seating request/denial based on the circumstances

   The food was very pricey which was expected but the food wasn’t good at all, we literally only ate a few bites of our food, the Cookie Monster milkshake was delicious though!

   I was very disappointed in my experience. A friend recommended The Sugar Factory to me and was raving about it so I was super excited to take my girls for our annual Christmas dinner. However, from the moment we stepped into the restaurant it was a bad experience. We waited for about 15-20 minutes for anyone to show up at the hostess stand. I had to go and find the manager to get someone to help seat us. Our server was good but the food was sub par and definitely wasn’t worth the prices that we paid for it. All in all I was excited to come but completely let down when I did. I would not return or recommend to anyone else.

    The service was incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes for us to get our drinks and the restaurant was only moderately busy. When the food arrived, the fries were cold. The kids loved the desserts though.
