Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

Celebrating a birthday at the Sugar Factory was absolutely fantastic! The vibrant atmosphere, attentive staff and over the top food and crazy milkshakes made it a 10/10. The giant sparklers in the restaurant along with the birthday surprises from the serving staff truly elevated the experience. Perfect place for a fun and festive celebration!!

The food was great especially the Cajun shrimp Alfredo. The employees are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is good.

Had an amazing time there tonight. Food and service was good, drinks were even better! Manager stopped by the table to make sure everything came out right. Looking forward to coming back in March!

Service was extremely slow, it took 2 hours for a family of 5 for just brunch and the place wasn’t busy. We had reservations for a family of 5 plus a baby and they sat us at a table for 4! Completely ridiculous! Highly disappointed!

It took about 20 minutes just to get drinks, we thought our waitress had forgotten about us. It took another 15 minutes to get our actual food order in.

This is our 5th time at sugar factory AC and we had a the worse and worse experience with the food. My husband’s pasta still raw and my $50 steak looks like hockey puck. Sugar factory is not the same. Going down hill and we won’t come back again. The only an excellent is the service. The hosted looks like she’s angry. No longer my favorite restaurant anymore. Good bye SF..

Service was quite slow and server was not very attentive. Chicken was overcooked and was like chewing rubber, with very little flavor. I probably would not return for a meal or recommend to anyone.
