Made reservations for 6p, wasn’t seated until almost 7p (6:50p). They didn’t have a turkey burger, ordered something different, they didn’t have my nieces shake, ordered something different, never brought my Pepsi. I can say I went, won’t return.

Plan ahead. Portions are large and delicious. If you want to experience a meal and a dessert- and you should- bring a buddy to split it with you. Rainbow sliders, flatbread pizza, chicken sandwiches all amazing!!!

Drinks were $25 each and looked nothing like the pictures. Bathrooms were filthy and 2 toilets were clogged full of toilet paper. The restaurant smelled like cleaner and not in a good way. Won’t be going back. Way overpriced for what u get

Theres a reason they have an automatic 20% grat. Our server took a long time to come to the table to get our drink order and the manager ended up taking our food order. 45 minutes after we placed our drinks and finished our food, we finally got them as we got the bill. The manager took them off but the service quality here is mediocre. Not only are the wait times ridiculous but the attitude is worse (except the tall guy bartender wearing the green swearer honestly he was always smiling). The table behind us got up and walked out after not being greeted for 10+ minutes. Theres a lot of amazing restaurants with friendly service in the area, I wouldn’t pick this one again.

waited too long to be acknowledged to be seated, pricing was veryyyyy high for the value of what we received! The menu had an awesome variety but I ordered a mimosa base on the pretty picture and got the drink with no pretty presentation like the pic in the menu. Our waitress smelled strongly of weed and service wasn't the best. We got our bill and 20% was added.... for 3 of us wow unreal! than you wanted me to leave more of a tip for my bad experience no way! She took my bill to be paid we didn't even have to sign or have opportunity to add a tip. this was very off with a bill so high you would think I would have to sign for it. I do not recommend. we were so excited to take my niece before the redwings game and it sucked! i do not recommend!

First I’ll say I have been to the Sugar Factory in Chicago and this was a total opposite experience. We had a reservation for 6:30p but did not get sat about 7:15p. The host at the front seemed really overwhelmed and wasn’t very polite at all and in her words “can’t deal with these people attitudes” Once sat we waited another 10-15 minutes before we saw a server. The food was okay at best. They messed up one of our orders and took way too long fixing it by the time it came out the food that was made correctly was cold. the wait time was a lot longer than expected to have had a reservation. I usually try to give people the benefit of doubt. However, this experience was definitely far from great. Barely okay at best and that was only because on the rare occasion that we could find our server she was at least nice. If you’re planning a holiday outing there are definitely better restaurant options than this.

We were seated as a party of 4 and were 1 of 4 tables when the restaurant opened at 11am. We ordered a milk shake and a hot chocolate and 4 entrees when we had our order taken. The first entree came out, 20 minutes later, the shake came out, 10 minutes later, 2 other entrees came out, 5 minutes later the last entree came out and then 10 minutes after that the hot chocolate came out. For a place that charges $25+ for an entree and novelty drinks that cost at least $15+, to get them so separate is the most bizarre dining experience I have ever encountered. The floors were dirty and the place just opened. The napkins were the type of paper towels you get from bathrooms. Glassware and plates were cheap plastic and utensils were the most basic restaurant supply store level. We had to ask for knives after food came out and ask for napkins. There were 2 separate hairs in my wife’s food. Service was terrible, someone came to check up on us once. There is a 20% auto gratuity for all bills which I have no issue with if there is at least average level of service. This place is neglected and not well run. Parts of neon signs in the restaurant were burned out. My guess is this place does not make it another year, it is tarnishing the brand that I have experienced in Vegas. This isn’t even on the same planet as the Vegas location.
