   Our server DJ was amazing and made the whole experience fun. After a very long day of shopping our mini mes were nearly spent but the experience breathed life back into them. Just what we needed

   My salmon was slightly dry, but other than that, the food was good! Our waiter was absolutely the best waiter I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately. But he came with great energy and was so nice! The ambience of this place was incredible. Such a cool vibe. Will definitely revisit.

   Definitely an “experience” for the younger crowd. Desserts are the star! However, one of our skillets was rock hard so our server promptly removed it from the table and the bill. $21 for a shake is crazy but it was a special occasion. Our dinner was mediocre, French fries were the best thing on our plates.

   I came to the Sugar Factory in Mall of America for the first time for my birthday! It was decorated with clearly a lot of care and thought (this was 2 days after halloween). My server was kind enough to make my birthday special, memorable and was very attentive to making sure I had a great experience. The establishment was clean, fast and friendly. There are LOTS of drink options to choose from, and the food menu had a great variety as well. Everything was hot and freshly made. 10/10 would visit again.

   Brought my 10 year old niece there she loved the food and drink she got. Obviously brought her there for the experience, they had special Halloween drinks and food options and it was well decorated. I guess I was expecting more for the hype this place gets and the service was extremely slow, servers were okay but took forever. Our food was out for 5 minutes before they even came to finish and pour our drinks. Would go again to share the experience with my kids or family otherwise wouldn’t return based on food or PRICE!

   I took my 11yo son and 2 of his friends. We ordered 1 milkshake each one. They brought 2 at the same time. They forgot the third milkshake. The waiter didn’t come back. I had to walk to the kitchen and ask for the third milkshake. After a while they finally brought it, when 2 of the kids were almost done with the milkshake. The waiter never came back to check if we wanted more water. When I initially reserved this place, I sent a note reporting we were celebrating my son’s birthday. They never acknowledge the note. I don’t know why here at open table, they ask if this is a special occasion if they are not going to grant it. I do not recommend this place. Poor service

   The vibe was cute overall. The music was so loud you couldn’t heard anything. Food was good! Waitress gave us menus and then came back and asked us if we were ready to order - didn’t ask us for drinks! Ordered food and then when I said “and for a drink I’ll take the Hawaiian Punch” weird …… 20 minutes later food came out and then about 5 minutes AFTER that came our drinks. Mine was not what I ordered and because I didn’t know what it was suppose to look like - I was confused the whole meal. Got the bill - it was a Fuzzy Peach?!?! I wanted the rubber ducky.

   Fun place for both adults and kids. You can have candy or alcohol with dinner, and you make the choice.

    I booked this for my daughter’s bday celebration. The host said happy bday but other than that, it was a major disappointment. They were out of cotton candy so the drinks she wanted were out of question. Then my son ordered buttered noodles and the server said we had to order the main entree of Alfredo and she could “put it on the side” (nice way to make some money). Our server was MIA most of the service. We sat for almost 20 minutes waiting for the check. I finally had our entire crew stand up so she would pay attention (there were two tables in the entire restaurant- ours was one of them). Food is mediocre at best. You go for the experience and today, they missed in every level.
