This place used to be good! Has gone done hill! Pasta dry. Anything with cheese seems like it’s been sitting there. They were out of everything. The place was not clean. Last time we were there last year really great. Not worth spending $300 for food. Just my opinion.

This was the most overrated experience I've ever had, and I'm an Orlando native with Disney passes. There was zero server support for the bartender who was also our waitress and the only reason we stayed. The manager had his family there, being loud, disruptive and unhelpful to customers. There were multiple staff just wandering aimlessly - 2 women sitting around "hosting" and the temperature inside the restaurant was blow zero. We literally spent $200 on 3 drinks and some eggs. Id recommend they half the sugar drinks, double the staff involvement and cut the manager.

Waited to be seated for a good 20 min after our reservation time. Food was equivalent to diner food and my iced coffee tasted like straight chocolate milk. The floors were so greasy we were sliding on the floor and the bathrooms were disgusting. The server was very nice.

I don’t know where to begin. Worst restaurant experience I have EVER had & it was on my anniversary. 1- no hostess at the station when we arrived & we had to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated (it was not busy at all). Then we had to wait almost another 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table. Then what I wanted to eat (the Christmas wings) were not available smh. THEN the bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!! At this point that is Strike 4 so I do something I never do- I ask for a manager. It took her a while to come but she did come. I nicely & quietly explain that it is our anniversary & the troubles we had already ran into. I also told her I assumed she was short staffed due to the holiday which she agreed she was. I thought that speaking with her would change our dilemma for the better. Boy was I wrong. A few minutes later, she comes back to tell me that they don’t serve broccoli and she didn’t know why I was allowed to order it. Well the waitress listed it as one of my options! Strike 5!! Then the food comes. I asked for my salmon to be medium well, it was over cooked. My man’s burger was so dry he added ketchup- and he can’t stand ketchup! Oh- forgot that when the food came out, there were no utensils to eat them with smh Had to flag a hostess down to bring me some which took about 5 mins. What’s that, strike 7?!? Then the green beans I ordered to replace the broccoli I originally ordered were sour! Had to spit them out. When the waitress came back by, I told her about my salmon and asked if I could replace the green beans with a side salad with ranch. It comes out drenched with balsamic, no ranch to be seen SMH Strike 8!!! I asked for a to go box and then she tells me the manager discounted our food and was going to give us a free dessert. I was surprised but ready to go. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake with ice cream to go because I was completely over the evening. When we get the check, there’s barely a discount! $9 off?! SMH Will NEVER be back.

The restaurant needs some deep cleaning. Everything was sticky and grimy. The floors and tables were extra sticky. The bathrooms are in very poor shape. The server was nice but service was slow and it was empty. The food was okay but very expensive, it is a very touristy area so not surprised. I would not recommend.

Here’s the revised version: We had a reservation but were made to wait at the front. The hostess sitting nearby acted like we didn’t exist. Once we were finally seated, we were ignored for another 13 minutes before someone brought water and said they’d be back shortly. Another 15 minutes passed, and still no service. The atmosphere felt off, with half the lights in the place turned off. For a spot charging $40+ for a drink, the experience was far from worth it. After waiting over 30 minutes with no service, we walked out. We will not be coming back.

Took kids as a xmas eve treat, waited over 30 mins to just be served a drink. When it finally came to food order there was basically nothing that the kids wanted…even though they advertised their winter menu which included pancakes we were told there was no pancakes….nothing sweet available except for ice cream sundaes…had to pay for drinks and leave and take very disappointed kids elsewhere….was charged $32 for all of our drinks which were in tiny little cups. Definitely won’t be back. So upset as this was one of the things the kids were so excited about doing on their holiday…after seeing all the TikTok videos etc it’s nothing like it’s made out to be.

on our last visit, which was last night. The restaurant was cold just as it was outside. Their store was completely empty. A lot of the items on their specialty Christmas menu was out plus some of the items on the regular menu and a few of the specialty milkshakes, our server was great, but he was overwhelmed with a lot of big tables and a few small ones so the wait was long and we weren’t able to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday with the song and dessert because we were tired and cold.

A great waitress but this spot is nothing like other Sugar Factory restaurants I have experienced. Food and drinks were fine but so many choices on the menu unavailable and as a tinnitus sufferer, I really struggled every time the music was played to max volume wishing people happy birthday etc. Hope it picks up to usual SF standards

We waited 20 mins after we already set up a reservation to sit down, looked at the online menu and half the items weren’t on there. Server was okay placed our orders and the guy besides us got his food orders a medium cooked burger received well done. We received our order a steak, orders medium well; a burger medium rare both came out well done. For a $46 steak it was very bland with no seasoning, burger was okay. When getting the check I saw on his hand held both we input for well done. $160 very subpar place would not recommend the food drink are okay but not worth the price.
