   Probably the worst Sugar Factory we’ve been to. I made reservations, but wasn’t advised until we sat down that they only serve brunch, and that the regular full menu would not be available until 3pm. Who serves only brunch until 3pm on a Tuesday. In addition my children’s food was mediocre and my husband said his buger was terrible. I didn’t eat because I was looking forward to the main regular menu and didn’t want a burger or breakfast foods. Definitely not going back to this location. Disappointing.

   This location was “ok” it wasn’t anything over the top but wasn’t the worst experience either. Being my first visit to any sugar factory location, I will give another location a try before making up my mind on my experience.

   First time at this restaurant with my 3-kids, ages 5, 11 & 12. I was disappointed with the service especially for the high prices that I paid. My waiter had no enthusiasm and did not make the whole experience fun for the kids. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks and he forgot the hot chocolate. My daughter was not able to use the bathroom because it smelled so bad and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. Overall I would not go back.

   Don’t go. The music was so loud we couldn’t even talk. The food was average and overpriced. The bathroom was disgusting. Very long wait and they bring out each plate 5 minutes apart.

   Not as good as other Sugar Factories. We had a 2:30 reservations & were seated right away. They only serve brunch until 3:00pm which we were not aware of. Service was not good. The food came before our drinks. We didn’t have napkins or silverware so we couldn’t eat right away. The table next to us also had the same issue. The food was not flavorful & we didn’t finish. I noticed the table next to us also didn’t finish their meal or their drink. There was a large loud party on the other side of us which being its NY they were sitting quite close so it seemed we were part of the party as all their stuff was practically on us. The bathroom was dirty & the doors hardly locked. We had been to the old one in Lincoln Center several times & the one in Atlantic City. This one was terrible I wouldn’t recommend.

    We were sat and given full menus to order from. It took quite some time for them to take our order only to be told we can only order from the brunch and Christmas menu. That was fine but it would have been nice to know when sat. The food came out incorrect and while it was fixed it took forever to get our check. Overall, while it was super pretty inside I don't think we'd go back
