   Waitress was very nice, unfortunately things like plates and napkins were forgotten to be given. The food was so bad , no other way to describe it. Wings were chewy, onion rings were soft and rubbery, Mac and cheese was cold. Sliders were over cooked and tough. Very surprised but this unfortunately was my experience.

   It was an absolutely terrible experience. From the bad attitude when we walked and left at the table with no waters and no drinks service. We were only approached when we got up to leave. The music was horrendous and not family friendly and super loud. We couldn’t stand to be in there I would give no stars if that was an option.

   Definitely a tourist trap. Food was decent but pretty expensive for what you get. Our $20 milkshake didn't come with the toppings in the description. We chose this over Serendipity 3 because we'd been to Serendipity 3 on another visit - but Sugar Factory was probably the wrong choice for us. We didn't enjoy it nearly as much. Service was friendly, though!

   The service was terrible 1-2 drinks came out with 1-2 meals I had a group of girls celebrating my daughters bday and by the time all the other meals came out those that came out were cold it was almost 30 minutes and the last drinks came out after we were done eating . Terrible experience very disappointed . I have been here many times but after today I don’t think I will be back. Very upsetting since this was suppose to be a special day for my daughter

   Terrible from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend. Way too high priced for the value. You could spend the money at a way better restaurant.

   We won't be back. The food was not the greatest. Our drinks were okay. The music was inappropriate for the amount of kids that were seated in the restaurant. The service was beyond slow and it wasn't even busy.

   Food was good, portions were good, drinks are expensive (lots of ice) but good to share with a group. We went when they only had brunch options and a few appetizers and had so mine in our party that couldn’t have gluten. There are not many options at all- but the manager was kind enough to make an exception and make a salad.

    I frequent here and today left a sour taste in my mouth from the staffs attitude problem to the presentation and cleanliness of the menus I love coming here but today made the decision me and my boyfriend who create memories here will not be back
