   Can I give it 0 stars to this business ? 0 for responsibility 0 for customer service 0 for cleanliness. I made my reservation two days in advance for a table for 8 people, I arrived on time on the day and time indicated. This business didn’t honor my reservation. When I arrived no one greeted us, so I approached an employee and told her I had a reservation at 3pm and she says: “at 3? We close at 4” and that was how they greeted my family and I, so I replied that is ok for us, thank you. She turns around and leaves. Then someone else comes out from inside the kitchen, they talk each other. We were being waiting for 10 minutes to be seated when there was an available table to sit at. To my surprise, they seat a family of 9 people who did not have a reservation, that is what they told the waiter in Spanish. There was no apology, no explanation, and no approximate wait time. After evaluating the awkward situation, seeing that cookies and pastry was on the counter didn't look fresh at all, that the floor was dirty and the atmosphere was not pleasant, I decided not to waste any more of my time and preferred to lose the $30 I paid for parking and leave the place. There are better places in Chicago guys so don't waste your time here.

   The “reservations” weren’t real reservations. We got there and just had to stand in line and wait for an available table which ended up taking a really long time for our party of 5. That was the reason we made reservations. The food was decent.

   We made a reservation but when we got there they said it’s first come first serve and reservations don’t matter. The service was incredibly slow. Took 20 min to get our waters after we ordered. The idea is fun with the giant croissant, but bad execution on the service end.

   They didn't have our reservation ready. Theys said they DO NOT work with open table! So why is it being promoted!! Poor management. Lines of people waiting to go inside because they also had made reservations thru open table.

   I showed up for my 11:15 reservation and there was a line to the door. I waited there for about 20 min with other people who also had reservations and no one came up to us or spoke to anyone in line. The employees just ignored us and didn’t seem to be in any hurry. Finally some guy in line got some employees attention and she said it’d be a while because everyone booked a reservation for the same time. I don’t even know how that happens. Half of the people in line ended up leaving after that. We ended up having to eat somewhere else

   Do not honor reservations….we made reservation, and was told along with others in line that we had to get inline and they were not honoring reservations and seating cover was next. They were very rude about it and said we could complain to the owner. Famous for there big croissant, but raw in the inside. Drinks came after food, after waiting 45 minutes past our reservation time. Absolutely ridiculous….. no manager on site. Do not go!!

   We had a reservation as did other parties but they are not honored. You wait for a table along with anyone who walks in without one. We waited about 45 minutes for the table.

   Used opentable to reserve a table at 9:15. No table reserved all tables were taken. Had a makeshift table put together with patio chairs. Took 5 minutes to get a menu and no one came to the table within 15 minutes so we left. Very disappointed

   The staff was very kind. Our waiter was not very knowledgeable about the menu. They the exact same drink posted twice but one was $2 more and he couldn’t tell us why. The hot chocolate its self was not very good. The food didn’t look appetizing. The place is cute and simply for taking pics.

    We made a reservation for Tuesday December 10th at 5:30pm. We get to the restaurant and it’s completely closed. No notification no call. Made the reservation through open table. Not even a sign on the door. The security guard told us it was closed for the night. We made the reservation through open table. We called the restaurant. Nothing. I will never recommend this place who treats customers like this.
