   First time eating in the restaurant. It absolutely exceeded my expectations, especially on Christmas. Thank you to the staff at Sullivan's that made our impromptu Christmas lunch so nice.

   Broiled Oyesters weren’t even warm.Ordered gratin potatoes and they didn’t come out until we were almost done eating

   We waited over an hour and a half for our meals, 2 out of the 4 were cold and my husband’s came out even later than the other 3. The lobster on the mashed potatoes did not taste right so we didn’t eat it. The building itself is tired looking and a bit dirty. The manager did come over (after I requested) and comp’d all but the alcohol, which I appreciated. (Yes, we still tipped over 20% to the waitress) Honestly, we will not be returning.

   The price of the food and drinks does not reflect the quality. Server was nice young lady We will look for different restaurants next time.

   We had an amazing holiday dinner at Sullivans. It never disappoints. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious!

   I’m a little disappointed to say the least. The restaurant was beautiful but the food and service left a lot to be desired. The main course did not take long to arrive but both of our filets were warm (not hot) when served, almost as if they sat for some time before being served. The au gratin potatoes were also undercooked and not seasoned well. But on positive note the starters were very good. Our server also did not seem very enthused. Having been to plenty of steak houses, including Eddie V’s next door we will probably not be returning.

   Server was not trained properly. No wine etiquette. No regard for removing used empty plates. Did not refill water unless asked. We ordered desserts to go and received the wrong items. Spent $500.00 for 4 people and complained to management tactfully and they did not care to even follow up. Should have gone to Morton’s, Season 52, or perhaps even Outback. Very disappointed in this establishment . Management evidently is the core problem.

    Went there for a special occasion, our server was very overwhelmed when he came to the table. When ordering cocktails we were told the bar was “backed up”. After our appetizer’s were delivered, we were never checked on to ensure that our food was okay. The table was not cleared appropriately in between courses nor was the proper cutlery placed for our entrees. This type of service just doesn’t seem to be fitting for the experience you hope to have. It could have been a better night, with a more competent sever. Anyone who works in the restaurant industry knows service from the first touch of the table means everything.
