   Rob was an amazing server and the manager checked on us multiple times making sure everything was excellent…which it was! The food was delicious! We live downtown so will be regulars now that we know how good the food and service is!

   I had the best experience there for me grandmothers birthday. I had my newborn baby and the waiter walked him around the restaurant while we ate. The was the best service ever. Made my baby the star of the night.

   Decided to try restaurant week to see if it would be a new place to take family but the food was horrible. No taste, one guest in my party asked for medium steak and received well done. Our experience with a party of 6 at 8:15 we didn't leave until after 11pm we left with the staff thats how long it took to get our full meal. I will never go back to Sullivans and will let everyone know not to go as well. Spicy shrimp was unbearably spicy. Fried cauliflower seemed to be stems not the actual flour part. Mash potatoes were tasteless, now the manager did comp a couple things. But just felt for what we paid for our meals it was not worth it at all. Now I will say the cooked oysters and Philly egg rolls were pretty good. Cheesecake was warm by the time we got it and banana foster was horrible had to send back for a cheesecake. Just not a great experience at all.

   Ate at Sullivan’s for the restaurant week special. The lobster/crab bisque had an odd taste-a nice piece of lobster but only a sliver of crab and the broth was horrible tasting. My friend ordered a steak medium-rare. It arrived medium, just a touch of pink in the center. I ordered steak medium and it arrived rare. I gave him mine & sent the other back. Second time my “medium” steak was again RARE, very red in the center. Since my friend was almost done eating by the time my replacement arrived, I just ate it. Dessert was good; key lime pie. Ordered two sides. The asparagus had way too much garlic on it. Mushrooms were ok. The manager did comp one glass of wine and 2 sides to compensate. Will not be back.

   Great place! Nice staff! But they do not validate parking. That should probably be removed from their profile!

   Service started off ok then after the first bartender whom we liked left and the other gal took over it got bad. She was rude and we kept having to flag her down for stuff. We were there on 1/17. On top of all that when we went to get our car from valet we were stuck in the lot for 15 minutes because the guys working lost control of the situation and people were parked everywhere. Never going back.

   My girlfriend and I went to Sullivan’s for Pittsburgh Restaurant Week. I ordered the Filet and she ordered the NY Strip while we both ordered the Bisque. Everything was delicious and Kristopher was our server and he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. We each had dessert - Cheesecake for her, Bananas Foster Bread Pudding for me. It was a great meal and experience.
