    This was such a disappointment, in every way! To begin, our party of four was seated at a booth in the corner, exactly where all of the waitstaff headed into and out of the kitchen and yelled "Corner!" every time - not exactly the ambience we were looking for. Next, our server was extraordinarily condescending and snarky in response to our basic questions about the menu - all we wanted to know was whether the entrees were a la carte or included sides - and his mocking, pedantic response was to act as if we had never ordered from a menu before, pointing to each section of the menu and telling us not only what, but how, to order. Shockingly rude! Eventually, all of us ordered steak, and we elected to share several sides. When the steaks came, the server instructed us to cut into them to be sure they were cooked to our specifications - and 3/4 were NOT, they were practically raw in the center. One member of our group sent hers back to be cooked more, while the others of us decided not to, we just ate around the parts that were undercooked. When the manager came back with the re-cooked steak, it looked like a lump of coal on the exterior, and was still raw and bleeding on the inside. Totally unacceptable for a steak that was supposed to be medium-well to well done! Rather than send it back again, we asked for it to be removed from our check and our fellow diner had to settle for sides as her meal. The manager offered to provide free dessert, but sadly, didn't follow through on that promise, so we paid for dessert. For a well-regarded, expensive steakhouse to so poorly cook our steaks was stunning, to say nothing of the overt rudeness of the server and the disappointing table location.

    Honestly little dissapointed as I live this place. We will just chalk it up to a bad night. Food quality and server were the toughest part of the night.

    Please save your money and go anywhere else that has decent food! My husband and I both had a different holiday special, and they were horrible. I had bland cod, which I was told may still have bones, the Bok Choy was stringy and soggy, the mushrooms were inedible!! I mean rubbery and burnt at the same time. My husband’s filet was mushy and even the sauce couldn’t fix the terrible meat. The ONLY decent thing on the table was the mashed potatoes. I will say the service was great. Our waiter was very attentive. Although, the place was a ghost town. Now I know why !

    Let me start by saying that the service was great, the waitress and hostess were lovely. The place is also nice, however the food was severly underwhelming. Its supposed to be a steakhouse so I ordered a steak. It was one of the worst steak I’ve ever had. So salty that I had a stomach ache after, im not even kidding. I came in so hopeful but the food ruined it.

    The bar and table service was above and beyond but the hostess left something to be desired. We arrived 15 minutes early for our 7:00 reservation so we waited in the bar area. At 7:15 we checked in the status with the hostess and she said the table was being cleared. 15 minutes later we checked again and she said service wouldn’t be guaranteed because she called us twice and we didn’t respond. Meanwhile she did come into the bar area to call other guests.

    First, let me say that I have eaten at Sullivan's a few times and was pleased with their food as well as the experience. I am doing this review to comment on their Thanksgiving 2024 offerings only. All three of us were underwhelmed by the food. They served, basically, turkey with all the trimmings, which was fine...it's what I signed up for...but everyone's dinner was lukewarm and just okay. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out, either. Even the dessert...I chose the cheesecake with a pumpkin spice sauce...was iffy. It was very bland, even for cheesecake, and I decided it just wasn't worth the calories. Again, I have had steak at Sullivan's and remembered it as very good, although to be fair that was a few years ago. Hopefully this was just a one-off, but regardless, I wouldn't recommend eating any pre-fixe type meal at Sullivan's. I know I won't.
