   Food was great as always. Service was a bit slow even though it was t overly packed. Seems our server may have been covering another area that kept her busy so I give the benefit of the as it’s not our normal experience. Will of course go back.

   I returned for lunch with a friend from out of town after having such a first great experience the week prior. Holly provided top notch service. Will make Sullivan's a staple in my go to restaurants!

   Our group of 6 had a reservation and was seated promptly, but it went downhill from there. The harried server's timing was off and the wait for drinks, apps, wine and entrees was uneven. The bread for the table, even after it was mentioned, never arrived. The bottle of wine arrived well after the entrees, and then we had to wait longer for the glasses. The steak knives arrived about 5 minutes after the entree. Those of us with butter knives were able to dig in, others had to wait. When the entrees arrived, they were placed at all the wrong spots, and one of the servers brusquely told me "that goes there" and directed me to hand my entree to another at our table. (He was obviously unhappy with the others assisting with the entree placement, and took it out on me!) It was at this point that I pointed out that we needed steak knives, and received only a grunt of acknowledgement. It was pretty clear that the staff was not working in a coordinated way, and we paid the price. Needless to say, we did not stick around for dessert. The next time we schedule a dinner at a nice steakhouse, we will choose Bardea, Morton's, or a more reliable option.

   Overall, a good night at Sullivan's. All of our food was very good. Prices were as expected for a high-end steakhouse. Service was polite and prompt, although a little unpolished - the waiter broke the cork in a bottle of wine and had to go into the back to get it decanted. It also felt like the tables were packed into the dining room a little too tightly and the lights were a touch too bright. But those are quibbles, and I would go back to Sullivan's again when looking for a steak in this area.

   I can't say enough good things about Sullivan's!!! It is everything you expect from fine dining! If you have the money this place will check every box you have, exceed any and all expectations and if you can ask for Nick! He did his job! He went out of his way to provide top notch service and add to the already amazing afternoon. I recommend not only him to lead you through your night but also the sea bass, it was to die for!

   The menu was extensive and the food we ordered was superb in presentation and taste. We were not rushed through our dinner, our waitress was so friendly, helpful with explaining food options. Our experience was outstanding as would be expected of a high caliber restaurant.

   Hunter was our server yesterday and was 10/10. Her hospitality and attention to detail was on point as well as her menu knowledge and personability. Working in hospitality, it’s great to see exceptional service. Food was great too and so was the rest of the staff. Very polite and courteous

    Went there to celebrate Christmas and a birthday with the girls. Everything was perfect and delicious!! Dave, our server was fabulous! Overall it was a lovely evening and the food was fabulous!
