Kien ist fasziniert von der Vielfalt der asiatischen Küche. In seinem Panasia-Sushi-Restaurant kredenzt er nur die erlesensten Gerichte Asiens und feinste Sushi-Spezialitäten. Seinen vietnamesischen Wurzeln verdankt er sein Können bei typisch vietnamesischen Gerichten: Sommer-Rollen, „Goi Cuon“ genannt, sind in Reispapier gehüllte Reisnudeln mit Salat und frischen Kräutern und weiteren frei wählbaren Köstlichkeiten. Das Bún-Reisnudelgericht ist ein lauwarmes Gericht mit buntem Salat, Erdnüssen, Röstzwiebeln und vietnamesischen Kräutern in einer Vielzahl von Varianten. Das eigentliche vietnamesische Traditionsgericht ist „Pho“, eine Reisbandnudelsuppe mit Kräutern Rind, Huhn oder Tofu. Kien bereitet sie nach einem seit Generationen in der Familie überliefertem Rezept zu.

Great authentic place with good quality and tasty food and nice service. The presentation of the dishes is spectacular! We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely come back next time we are in Munich.
