Summit offers contemporary American Brasserie cuisine, featuring local, sustainable & seasonally inspired ingredients complemented by an innovative wine and cocktail program in a modern atmosphere.     Our family had an exquisite experience dining at Summit last night. The service was impeccable, the food was not only delicious but presented and served in a creative and beautiful manner. Our server Indiana was a perfect combination of attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The support staff was also excellent. The dishes were so tasty - especially the wagyu steak frites, the side of mushrooms and the very fun chocolate sphere dessert. The restaurant was bustling but it never was too loud to hold conversation. This will be a dining experience we will recall for a very long time!

    My family and I had such a wonderful dining experience at The Summit. It is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, just the right portion sizes. The Steak Frites, Salmon and Beef Wellington were our favorites. Delicious drinks from the bar, and beautiful desserts.

    The Summit Restaurant does not disappoint! Everything is first class from the service to the excellent cuisine. It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion. We went there for our 53rd wedding anniversary, and were treated like royalty.

    The service was wonderful, but the food was really disappointing. We expected a fine dining experience, but each dish was pretty ordinary, and in some cases very disappointing. Each dish either lacked seasoning or was over seasoned, and even though the presentations were pretty, the food itself was nothing special. It was absolutely not worth the price.

    Expensive. But it’s the Broadmoor, so….. Food was over cooked. The pork was well done. Not at all what I expected. Service was outstanding.
