   The food seems to be off. It used to be very good but I believe that they gave switched certain things like using margarine instead of butter and other cheaper ingredients that the food just isn’t as good as it once was.

   Sushi was ordered first, but came out after our chef had completed our meal. You are given only 15 minutes to eat after your dinner is cooked. No more sherbet after dinner. No ginger dressing for the salad. No shrimp appetizer with your meal. No real show for entertainment simply cooking. Our waitress forgot our wine and we had to wait about 10 minutes to even put in our order. Definitely gone downhill.

   Our cook was fantastic and the food was good. My steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection! My biggest issue of the evening was with the hostess. We made reservations and after arriving at the restaurant we were not sat for 45 minutes. I was confused the point of a reservation. It seemed they “forgot” about us (party of 2) as people who arrived well after us were sat. It wasn’t until we brought this to their attention they finally sat us. Additionally, my husband ordered a beer that was warm and ended up not even drinking it because of the temperature. I’m thankful our amazing cook made up for it and made it a good experience.

   Celebrated a birthday, made memorable moments. Staff was excellent, polite, professional. Server was very efficient, friendly. The cook seasoned the food to perfection, and was entertaining.

   Making a reservation does not guarantee you will be seated on time or that you will be seated in the right area. We waited over an hour just to be told they were out of half of the food we wanted before we finally left.

   Understanding it was Valentine’s Day… Service was lacking. We were brought to our hibachi table and not one person acknowledged a table of eight for over 30 minutes. I had to get up until the hostess that no one had come our way… And when we got a waitress, she did not seem enthused to be there.. We had to ask for water to be refilled. The restaurant was less than clean. But the food was really good
