The SOLARIS is a 125′ yacht with three decks of indoor and outdoor spaces, including panoramic windows throughout the indoor dining rooms and the open-air sky deck. Our staff, including our captain, chefs, and servers, is committed to giving you the best service and experience, whether it’s a vacation dinner, a night out on the town, or a special occasion.

Enjoy a four-course chef-prepared dinner, live entertainment, complimentary party favors, a midnight champagne toast, and a booming fireworks display.
This 4.5-hour cruise is from 8p-12:30a. Check-in will begin at 7p.
Reservations are required and availability is limited. The SOLARIS cruises from the Baytowne Marina inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Special parking will be available for our guests.

Overall experience was ok, seemed rushed, not as organized as expected and tightly packed tables. Dance floor was small, experience could have been different in nice weather.

Outstanding! My friend and I had the very best time! We are from the Midwest and being on the beautiful Floridian waters was absolutely breathtaking! We can’t say enough about the atmosphere and dining experience we had and the friendly outgoing staff on the ship! We definitely would recommend this to everyone!
